Critical Thinking Assessment

The Critical Thinking psychometric assessment evaluates individuals’ analytical thinking skills. It can be used to determine how well an individual demonstrates rational, purposeful, and goal-directed thinking needed within any industry. Our psychographic assessments are built by Industrial/Organizational Psychologists who have Master’s and/or Doctorate degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and years of experience helping companies assess employees for job roles. This test also has been validated to assure workplace relevancy against the Department of Labor’s defined knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s). The critical thinkng skills assessment is graded, so you can quickly view all candidates' scores in a single view. Detailed reports also provide information about the candidate's score, how each question was answered, how much time they took to complete the test, and more.
